Prayer

(Thanksgiving, Praise; not Begging)

"Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours."

Mark 11:24

"How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?"

 Romans 10:14

"And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men. Truly I tell you, they already have their reward. 6But when you pray, go into your inner room, shut your door, and pray to your Father, who is unseen. And your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. And when you pray, do not babble on like pagans, for they think that by their many words they will be heard. 8Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him."

Matthew 6:5-8

"And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him."

Hebrews 11:6

"Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen."

 Hebrews 11:1

"And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him."

 1 John 5:15

"Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah."

"But seek His kingdom, and these things will be added unto you. 32Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father is pleased to give you the kingdom. "

Luke 12:32
